Ordering

You may phone, fax, buy online or email your order. If you fax or email please place it in a purchase order format with Item code number, description and cost. Please refer to the payments methods listed below.

Shipping Methods

Shipments are made via UPS or USPS. If you require insurance, please request it.(insurance is recommended; your decision, your risk). Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Friday. We dive and teach on weekends.

Payment Methods

You have the following options for payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, certified check, money order, personal check (only US orders), or you may wire funds (include an additional 25 USD for bank fees when wiring funds). All funds must be in US dollars. Florida residents must add tax (7.5%) for the man. Shipments will be delayed for personal checks until the check clears our bank.

DO NOT SEND A CHECK OR PAYPAL FUNDS WITHOUT CONTACTING OUR SALES DEPARTMENT FOR A TOTAL.

Refund Policy

All returns will be returned at buyer's expense. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will not be authorized on oxygen sensors if the bags are open unless the sensor does not function. All product must be returned within 30 days with the original boxes. All returned products must be in UNDIVED condition. There is NO RETURN on used wetsuits, undergarments, booties, gloves, hoods, and pee valves.

Warranty or Repair Shipping Policy

We Honor all our Manufacturer's warranties. Prior to accepting a returned item for warranty or repair, contact us via e-mail or phone for a return authorization number. Items sent to us without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. Warranty does not cover misuse or failure to properly care for product. This includes bulbs and batteries.

We are not responsible for typographical errors or innacurate pricing. Please call or E-mail us for exact price.
